Second stage:

Screening and grading: The crushed gravel is sent to the VU mold-controlled screen through the feeder to achieve precise classification of machine-made sand and ensure excellent gradation. Unqualified materials are recycled back to impact crushing for reprocessing, while excess stone powder is collected centrally through an efficient dust removal and powder collection system. The entire process is intelligently controlled to improve product quality and production efficiency.

The third stage:

Grain type optimization: After the machine-made sand is finely graded through a mold-controlled screen, it is further sent to a grain optimization machine for in-depth optimization. This process effectively removes fine burrs and residual edges on the surface of the sand, significantly improving the roundness and quality of the finished sand. The fourth stage:

Mixing and moistening transportation: The machine-made sand that has been re-optimized in particle size enters the humidification mixer, and is then mixed and wetted to control the moisture content of the finished sand and further ensure the quality of the finished sand.
