The processing material of the production line is granite, and the material is uniformly fed to the PE600 × 900 jaw crusher through the GZD960 × 3800 vibrating feeder for coarse crushing into stone with a particle size of less than 120mm, and then sent to the PF1214 counterattack crushing through the belt conveyor for crushing into stone with a particle size of less than 60mm, wherein the material greater than 40mm is returned to counterattack crushing, and the material less than 40mm is sent to the 3YZS1860 vibrating screen for screening, outputting 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm aggregates.

The finished sand and gravel of the project is used for highway construction, so we have certain requirements for the grain type of stone. However, due to limited funds, engineers can also meet the requirements for grain type by counterattacking with lower configuration cost and higher cost performance.
