### Equipment Configuration & Process Advantages
The production line adopts a "primary crushing + shaping + screening + washing" process to ensure the quality of machine-made sand. Primary crushing uses a small jaw crusher to crush large river pebbles (≤400mm) into ≤50mm particles. Shaping uses an impact sand making machine, which adopts the rock-on-rock crushing principle to make the finished product particle shape cubic and uniform, with a fineness modulus of 2.6-3.0.
The screening stage uses a 2-layer vibrating screen to separate machine-made sand and unqualified materials (return to shaping for reprocessing). The washing stage uses a sand washing machine to remove impurities such as dust and fine mud in machine-made sand, ensuring that the mud content of finished sand is ≤1%, which meets the Thai commercial concrete standard.
### Operation Effect
Since its commissioning, the production line has operated stably with a failure rate of ≤1.5%. The machine-made sand has good particle shape, high strength and stable quality, which is widely used in local high-rise building construction and bridge projects. The project has an annual output value of about 1.2 million US dollars, and the investment can be recovered within 1.5 years.
