The following describes how to build a 300-ton-per-hour hard rock sand production line and how to select the right equipment.
1. Primary Crushing Plant
The primary crushing plant uses two jaw crushers (PE750*1060 and PE600*900) and two grizzly vibrating feeders.

2. Semi-finished Product Silo
Under the semi-finished product silo is a reinforced concrete gallery equipped with three GZG90-150 vibrating feeders.

3. Screening and Secondary/Fine Crushing Plant
The screening plant is equipped with two 2YKR2052H heavy-duty vibrating screens, one ZKR1033 linear screen, and one MC02-150 iron remover. The secondary/fine crushing silo is equipped with four GZG80-140 vibrating feeders and one CC-100 and one CC-200 cone crusher. Both workshops are equipped with PPDC32-3 air-box pulse dust collectors to ensure environmental friendliness. The screening and medium- and fine-crushing equipment all feature fully sealed designs, effectively controlling dust and promoting green production.
4. Screening Workshop
The screening workshop has been upgraded: two 3YKR2052 circular vibrating screens and two ZKR1033 linear vibrating screens enhance screening efficiency. A PPDC32-6 high-efficiency air-box pulse bag dust collector is installed throughout the workshop to effectively capture dust and maintain a clean production environment. All screening equipment features a fully sealed, environmentally friendly design, minimizing dust leakage, ensuring green screening operations, and improving the overall production environment.
5. Ultra-Fine Crushing and De-Pulverizing Workshop
The ultra-fine crushing workshop is equipped with two GZG80-140 vibrating feeders, a B9100 vertical shaft crusher, and an MC02-150 iron remover. The de-pulverizing workshop features a dedicated de-pulverizing machine. Both workshops emphasize environmental protection. The ultra-fine crushing workshop is equipped with a PPDC32-3 air box pulse bag dust collector for effective dust control. All crushing and screening equipment utilizes a fully sealed design, ensuring a green and environmentally friendly production process, reducing dust emissions and complying with modern industrial environmental standards.
6. Finished Product Silo
The finished product silo is divided into four bins as required: 40-80mm, 20-40mm, 5-20mm, and a sand bin. The sand bin is fully sealed and environmentally friendly.
