Basalt is high-hardness volcanic rock widely used in road pavement and high-strength concrete. A 350TPH basalt modular crushing line is customized for Peruvian hard rock mining, producing high-quality cubic aggregate for local infrastructure projects.
Project Overview
Location: Lima, Peru
Raw Material: Hard basalt (Mohs hardness 6-7)
Capacity: 350TPH
Finished Aggregate: 5-25mm high-strength road stone
Process: Modular jaw crushing → cone crushing → VSI shaping
The production line consists of heavy-duty modular crushing modules. The hydraulic cone crusher adopts laminated crushing principle to reduce flaky particles, while the VSI module further optimizes grain shape.
All electrical cabinets and hydraulic stations are equipped with dust-proof and heat-resistant devices to adapt to dry and high-temperature local climate. The enclosed dust removal system meets South American environmental emission standards.

After stable operation, the finished basalt aggregate has compressive strength exceeding 30MPa. The modular reserved space supports capacity expansion for future large-scale infrastructure bidding projects.
