In 2018, Nanyang Tongbai 800 tonnes per hour large sand and gravel aggregate
boutique sand making project operated smoothly, becoming a local landmark sand

equipment, electronic control cabinet, centralised control centre.

Equipment configuration: HD98 German version of the jaw crusher, PEX300x1300
fine jaw crusher (4 sets), HVI1032 sand shaping machine, YK series vibrating
screen (more than one), belt conveyor (more than one), wheeled sand washing and
fine sand recycling machine (non-factory configuration), environmental
protection and dedusting equipment, electronic control cabinets, centralized
control centre.

The annual design capacity of Nanyang limestone crushing sand project is more
than 1 million tonnes, the feed size is 600mm and below, and the finished
products include three specifications of fine mechanism sand, 12 stone and 13
stone, which are used for highway and railway, and municipal construction.

Both projects use Henan Liming Heavy Industry HD98 large German version of
the jaw crusher, which is designed to handle a maximum capacity of 410 tonnes /
hour, but due to the fragility of the material, the actual production capacity
of up to 500 tonnes / hour, which is to help customers to achieve profitability
and income generation of the "weapon"!

series jaw crusher, HD series jaw crusher pays more attention to the details in
design and manufacture, adopts high-strength materials and manufacturing
process, which has the advantages of higher structural strength, higher
reliability, larger crushing ratio, higher output and lower comprehensive
cost.

PEX Fine Jaw Crusher & SC Single Cylinder Cone Crusher

Nanyang limestone crushing sand two projects, the choice of fine and medium
crushing equipment have their own merits, PEX fine jaw crusher processing
capacity, low investment costs, all the discharged stone into the sand shaping
mechanism of sand, the whole project to do a single high-quality mechanism of
sand, divided into coarse sand, sand, fine sand, etc.; and the single-cylinder
cone crusher overall production of energy consumption is low, the cost of
production is low, and discharged stone grain type is better, the size of the
grain is more uniform. The single-cylinder cone crusher has lower energy
consumption and lower production cost, and produces better grain shape and more
