This project uses limestone as raw material and adopts the production process of "two-stage impact crusher + vertical shaft impact crusher + four-stage screening + composite powder selection", successfully achieving a breakthrough of more than 4000t/h per hour. 2. Process introduction
Coarse crushing link
According to the annual mining and processing volume of the project and the regional conditions of the mine, two impact crushers with a single unit output of ≥2000t were selected as coarse crushing equipment. The equipment has a large crushing ratio, a small ore pressing area, and good particle shape of the crushed materials. It is an ideal choice for producing high-quality machine-made sand and gravel.
Secondary crushing link
The secondary crushing equipment is mainly responsible for processing the screened materials after the primary crushing. Four impact crushers with a single unit output of ≥600t were selected. Through two-stage crushing (i.e., a combination of impact crusher (primary crushing) + impact crusher (secondary crushing)), the goal of high yield and good particle shape was achieved.
Sand making link
The sand making equipment uses a vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), which adopts the working principle of stone hitting stone. In the high-speed rotating turntable, the stones collide and crush each other to form round and well-graded machine-made sand. The equipment has high sand making efficiency and stable product quality.
Desilting process
The desilting process uses roller screens for screening. Through the conveying, rolling and loosening of the rollers, the mud content and methylene blue value are effectively controlled.
Screening link
Aggregate screening uses a circular vibrating screen, which has high screening efficiency and large processing capacity, and is suitable for large particle size screening and large-scale production. The machine-made sand screening uses a high-frequency screen, and the screen vibration frequency is as high as 4000-4200r/min, which effectively improves the screening efficiency.
