### Equipment Configuration & Process Advantages
The production line adopts a modular integrated design, consisting of crushing modules, shaping modules, screening modules, dust removal modules and intelligent control modules. All modules are pre-designed and pre-manufactured, which can be quickly assembled on site, and the installation time is shortened to 7 days, which is 60% faster than traditional stationary plants.
Primary crushing uses a modular jaw crusher, secondary crushing uses a modular hydraulic cone crusher, and tertiary shaping uses a modular impact crusher, ensuring high crushing efficiency and good shaping effect. The screening module adopts 5 sets of 3-layer high-efficiency vibrating screens, which can separate three specifications of aggregate at one time, with a screening efficiency of ≥96%.
The whole line is equipped with a fully enclosed workshop, 40 sets of pulse dust collectors and noise reduction covers, ensuring the dust emission concentration is ≤7mg/m³ and noise ≤70dB, meeting the strict environmental protection standards of the UAE. The intelligent control system realizes one-key start and stop, real-time monitoring of 250+ operation parameters, and automatic fault early warning, reducing the shutdown rate by 45%.
### Operation Effect
The production line has operated stably for more than 1.5 years, with an average daily operation time of 22 hours and a failure rate of ≤0.8%. The finished aggregate has stable quality, cubic particle shape, needle flake content ≤2%, and compressive strength ≥35MPa, which fully meets the UAE's high-grade aggregate standard. The project has an annual output value of about 3.5 million US dollars, and the investment return cycle is 1.7 years.
