At present, the reasonable configuration of river pebble sand making is jaw breaking for coarse crushing, cone breaking for medium crushing ( fine jaw breaking for small output ), and three-stage crushing of centrifugal impact crusher ( 5X sand making machine ) for sand making.

Why not choose counterattack broken as broken, hammer broken as sand configuration scheme ?

This is due to the structure and working principle of the equipment. Both impact crusher and hammer crusher adopt percussion crushing. Due to the high hardness and high silicon content of river pebble, the wear of plate hammer and hammer head will be aggravated. The hammer head basically needs to be replaced in one class, and the plate hammer also insists on less than 80 hours. In this way, the replacement of accessories takes a long time and the production efficiency is low, which affects the overall output and economic benefits.

Therefore, we adopt the three-stage crushing scheme of jaw breaking + cone breaking + 5X sand making machine. Cone breaking is extrusion crushing. 5X sand making machine adopts the principle of stone breaking. The service life of wear-resistant parts is long, the maintenance time of equipment is short, the service life of equipment is improved, and the high output is guaranteed. The finished manufactured sand produced at the same time has good grain shape, uniform grain size and reasonable grade matching. It can be widely used in many fields such as expressway, high-speed railway, hydropower dam, airport construction, concrete mixing station and so on.
