Kazakhstan has huge granite and basalt reserves, and large-scale infrastructure construction requires massive high-grade hard aggregate. A 600TPH full stationary hard stone crushing line was constructed to supply high-strength aggregate for national highway and railway projects.
Project Information
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan
Material: Hard granite (Mohs 7)
Capacity: 600TPH
Final Aggregate: 5-31.5mm high-grade road stone
Process: Four-stage crushing & closed-circuit screening

The production line adopts heavy-duty primary jaw crusher for bulk raw stone breaking. Two sets of high-power cone crushers undertake medium and fine crushing. Vertical impact crushers ensure cubic particle shaping. Multi-layer heavy-duty vibrating screens realize precise classification.
The whole plant is equipped with winter anti-freezing system to adapt to low temperature in Central Asia. All pipelines and lubrication systems are insulated to avoid freezing shutdown in cold seasons.
After completion, the production line achieves annual output of 3.6 million tons of high-quality aggregate. Flaky particle content is controlled below 3%, fully meeting Eurasian road construction standards.
