Process flow
Raw material mining and pretreatment: Large pieces of basalt ore are evenly transported by vibrating feeders to jaw crushers for coarse crushing, reducing their particle size to a processable range and reducing transportation costs.
Medium and fine crushing and screening: The coarsely crushed materials are sent to cone crushers by belt conveyors for secondary crushing to form particles below 20mm. Multi-stage vibrating screens are graded according to particle size, 0.5-5mm for sand, 5-20mm for aggregate, to improve the yield rate.
Sand making and shaping: Materials that meet the particle size requirements enter the impact sand making machine, and the stone powder is stripped by high-speed impact to produce machine-made sand. The sand and gravel shaping machine further removes needle-like particles and optimizes the sand grading.
