Brief description:

Materials: mine slag, cave slag, river pebbles

Scale: 400,000 tons/year

Finished product fraction: artificial sand 0–5 mm, crushed stone 10–20–31.5 mm

Production process: "sand making machine + roller mill"; sand production; wet method

Main equipment: F5X feeder, PE jaw crusher, HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, VSI6X impact crusher, S5X vibrating screen, etc.

Main equipment:

PE jaw crusher: suitable for crushing various medium-sized and large materials, compressive strength up to 320 MPa. It is the best choice for primary crushing. Features include a deep crushing chamber, a high crushing ratio, and uniform particle size.

HPT Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: Used for secondary and tertiary crushing in metal mines and construction material processing. The multi-cylinder hydraulic design ensures safe operation; it is compact and highly efficient. The discharge opening is easily adjustable, facilitating the processing of non-crushable materials.

VSI6X Impact Crusher: Input material size ≤50 mm, capacity up to 100–800 t/h. Equipped with a new four-port impeller, increasing crushing efficiency by approximately 20%, and features a special sealing design to prevent oil leakage.
