In a magnetite ore crushing and beneficiation project in Inner Mongolia, the customer faced the problem of mismatch of production line process design, which resulted in low efficiency and substandard capacity of three-stage crushing operation. Liming technical engineers put forward a targeted system upgrading programme after a field inspection of the production site:


1. Replacing the coarse crushing equipment: adopting C6X series V-cavity jawbreaker to replace the original PE jawbreaker, which solves the problem of "jamming" in the coarse crushing stage and improves the crushing efficiency by more than 20%.


2. Optimisation of medium crushing equipment: HST single-cylinder hydraulic high-efficiency cone crusher is introduced to replace the old cone crusher, which improves the crushing ratio of medium crushing, reduces the pressure of fine crushing and screening operations, optimises the distribution of crushing ratio of the production line, and improves the overall crushing efficiency and production capacity of the production line.

Project results
