1. The humidity of the crusher material is high, and it is easy to stick and cause blockage

If the processing raw materials of the crusher have a high moisture content and high viscosity, the crushed materials are easy to adhere to the screen holes and both sides of the lining plate, resulting in a reduction in the volume of the crushing chamber, a lower efficiency of the screen holes, and material blockage.

Solution: You can preheat the impact plate and the feed port of the crusher, install drying equipment, or expose the materials to the sun to reduce the moisture content of the materials.

2. Overfeeding the crusher too fast

We are prone to choking if we eat too much and too fast at one time, and the same is true for the impact crusher. When the impact crusher is fed too much and too fast, it will not have time to crush and discharge directly, causing blockage.

Solution: During the crusher feeding process, pay attention to the deflection angle of the ammeter pointer. When the feed is large, the pointer of the impact crusher ammeter will be too large. When it exceeds the rated current of the machine, it will cause overload operation. If the working time is too long in this situation, it will cause material blockage or even burn the crusher motor. Therefore, when the above situation occurs, the feed amount should be reduced immediately and the feeding machine should be adjusted.

3. The crusher discharge speed is too slow

Under normal circumstances, the feeding speed and discharge speed should be balanced. Too much and too fast feeding of the crusher will cause blockage. Too slow discharge speed will also cause a large amount of material to be blocked inside the machine, causing blockage and making the crusher equipment unable to operate normally.

Solution: To avoid overloading the crusher, the feeding speed should be adjusted according to the processing capacity of the crusher; in production, according to the actual situation, the size of the discharge port should be adjusted in time so that the crushed material can be discharged smoothly. If the crushed material changes, the size of the crusher discharge port should also be adjusted accordingly.

Fourth, the crusher material is too hard, too much or too large

When the material is too hard and difficult to crush, or the feed particle size exceeds the limited range of the impact crusher, and the crushing is insufficient between the impact plate and the hammer, the crusher discharge port will also be blocked.

Solution: Before the material enters the crushing chamber, the applicable material of the impact crusher should be clarified, especially the requirements for the material properties, to ensure the correct feeding of the crusher; the material put into the crushing chamber should not be too much, so an electric bell and an alarm flashing bell light can be installed at the feeding port to control the feeding, to avoid blockage caused by too much material; the large pieces of material are roughly crushed before being put into the crushing chamber of the crusher, so that the material can reach or approach the crushing requirements as much as possible to avoid blockage of the crusher material.
