SBM Group participated in the construction of the Baotou 6 million tons/year magnetite crushing and beneficiation project. This project is rooted in Baotou, a crucial economic hub in Inner Mongolia and a significant industrial base in China. On this vast plateau, a nearly 3-kilometer-diameter iron ore pit stands, its immense scale and grandeur reflecting Baotou's strong industrial development and the rich mineral resources of the region.

The mining area is well-organized, with comprehensive environmental protection measures in place. Trucks loaded with iron ore continuously travel between the mining area and the production workshops, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly production and demonstrating the sustainability of modern mining.

The project utilizes equipment from SBM Group, including C6X jaw crushers, HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, HPT multi-cylinder cone crushers, and S5X vibrating screens, ensuring high-capacity ore processing. Through meticulous crushing, grinding, and beneficiation processes, the project successfully produces iron concentrate with an average grade of up to 65%. The product is sold nationwide, providing strong impetus for the green development of China's steel industry and showcasing the excellent achievements and environmental concepts of modern mining technology.
