Product introduction

Coke is mainly used in blast furnace ironmaking and blast furnace smelting of copper, lead, zinc, titanium, antimony, mercury and other non-ferrous metals, playing the role of reducing agent, heating agent and material column skeleton. Working Principle

The coke crusher can move the movable rollers with the help of increasing or decreasing the shims between the rollers, or adjust the distance between the two rollers with the help of turbine adjusting machinery, which can adjust the product granularity. The spring device is its insurance device. When the rolls rotate, the ore is rolled into the crushing cavity between the two rolls or the rolls and the crushing plate by the friction force, and is crushed by the splitting action and extruding and breaking action, and the crushed products are excluded from the lower part of the machine with the rotation of the rolls.
