Basic Process:
The processing of building stone (tuff) is divided into three stages: coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, and sand making and shaping.
First Stage: Coarse Crushing
Large blocks of tuff for construction are evenly fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder through the silo. The coarsely crushed stones are screened by the vibrating screen and then transported to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for medium and fine crushing. This process ensures the effective crushing and transportation of stones.
The second stage: medium and fine crushing
The tuff stone materials for construction that have been finely crushed by the cone crusher will be finely screened using a circular vibrating screen. During the screening process, materials with a particle size greater than or equal to 40 mm will be returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing to ensure that all stones meet the required particle size standards.
The third stage: sand making
After the material is initially crushed, if the particle size is greater than or equal to 20 mm, it will be returned to the vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) for re-crushing and shaping; if it is less than 20 mm, it will be sent to the circular vibrating screen for screening. In order to improve the cleanliness of the finished sand and gravel, the qualified sand and gravel after screening can be further sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
