Building a green and environmentally friendly hydropower station and setting up a monument

The Jilin Dunhua Pumped Storage Power Station Project is located in the north of Dunhua City, Jilin Province, and is connected to the primitive forest area of Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province. The project is mainly composed of an upper reservoir, a lower reservoir, a waterway system, an underground plant system and a ground switch station. The total installed capacity of the power station is 1,400 megawatts. The sand and gravel aggregate processing system supporting the project is constructed by the Fifth Branch of China Hydropower Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. The system is mainly based on hard rock fine sand making, with a designed sand making capacity of 70t/h. Since the project is located in the ecological protection area of the original natural forest area, the environmental protection conditions are very high. Therefore, the main equipment of the project is designed with environmental protection and sealing protection measures, and is equipped with high-efficiency environmental protection dust collection equipment. In the early construction of the project, due to the inconvenient transportation around the construction area, the project department adjusted its thinking and overcame many unfavorable factors. The sand and gravel system was finally completed and put into production before the arrival of the severe winter in 2015. At present, the project resumption personnel have arrived at their posts and are conducting a "physical examination" on all equipment in the sand and gravel system before resuming work.

The sand and gravel processing system of this project has reasonable process design and high production efficiency, and can produce high-quality granular aggregates and fine sand that meet the construction needs at one time. In addition, in order to reduce the impact of the project construction on the local environment, the system design and planning adopts a full steel structure modular installation form, which reduces a lot of civil construction and saves the system construction period. All equipment and modular steel structure parts of the system are produced and provided by our company. According to the characteristics of sand and gravel and the system process flow calculation, the main equipment selection and configuration of the system are: 1 feeder, 1 sand making machine, 1 vibrating screen, 1 set of high-efficiency dust collection equipment, 1 set of electrical centralized control and related conveying equipment.
