1、Primary Crushing

Primary crushing is generally for the open road production, processing material from the yard, commonly used primary crushing equipment are gyratory crusher, jaw crusher.

1) Gyratory crusher

Gyratory crusher has a large feed size and processing capacity, can adapt to any rock crushing, smooth operation, smooth feeding, but its process height difference is large, the one-time investment is high, so when the processing scale reaches or exceeds 1200t/h ~ 1500t/h, the use of gyratory crusher, can reduce the number of equipment installation, simplify the process.

In short, the larger the processing scale of the processing system, the more can fully reflect the superiority of the gyratory crusher.

2) Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher can be adapted to any rock crushing, due to its structure, there is no trip, so the processing capacity is relatively small, the product grain shape is poor, high content of needles and flakes, but when the aggregate requirements are not very strict and the processing capacity of less than 1,000t / h, the choice of the jaw broken can save investment.

As the crushing is relatively small, it will increase the load of the next section of crushing, and the product grain shape is poor, it must increase the shaping step to obtain qualified finished materials, it is the preferred equipment for small and medium-sized gravel quarries.

2、Secondary and tertiary crushing

Secondary and tertiary crushing generally adopts closed-circuit process, commonly used equipment are impact crusher and cone crusher, the latter has spring cone crusher, single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.

1) Impact Crusher

Impact crusher crushes products with good grain shape, low one-time investment, widely used, but only suitable for crushing medium hardness, and low abrasive rock, otherwise its operating costs greatly increased, the economy declined.

At present, there are hard rock impact crusher in the market, but its running cost is still high, the hard rock crushing or cone crusher is better.

2) Cone crusher

Cone crusher due to different varieties, its crushing force, crushing ratio are different, the current trend is to the development of hydraulic cone crusher.

Comparison of multi-cylinder and single-cylinder, the former's comprehensive performance is higher. But in the entire process of single cylinder or multi-cylinder, depending on the entire process layout, such as crushing ratio, can be used to multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, reduce the number of crushing segments, reduce system investment, and its needle flake content are generally below 18%. Such as crushing hard rock, can also be used multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, such as crushing general rock, can be used single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.

3、Sand making

Mechanized sand production process is generally divided into three categories: wet, dry and semi-dry.

The commonly used crushers are vertical impact crusher and rod mill.

1）Vertical shaft impact crusher

Currently widely used sand making equipment, its high production efficiency, good particle shape, low operating costs, and can play a role in shaping, but the fineness modulus of sand is generally around 3.0, sand grading is not ideal, but can be screened into 2.36-4.75mm, 0.6-2.36mm, 0.6mm or less than the third level, and then through the mixing equipment, according to a certain grading for mixing, to obtain to meet the quality requirements of the mechanism of sand, of course, can also be used as a mechanism for sand production. Of course, a certain amount of fines can also be added through the rod mill to meet the requirements.

2) Rod mill

Rod mill is mostly for wet production, according to the discharge mode is divided into overflow type, open type and peripheral type three, its particle shape is excellent, the fineness modulus of the product is easy to adjust, but the production efficiency is low, the noise is big, the running cost is high.

In some of the high quality requirements of the finished sand project, often using vertical impact crusher and rod mill sand production process, in the process of rod mill mainly play a regulatory role.

3）Others

There are other crushers such as vertical shaft impact crusher, reversible hammer crusher, etc. can make sand, but only suitable for materials below medium hardness, the preferred crusher for sand making is vertical impact crusher.

4、Sand washing and recycling equipment

Commonly used are wheeled sand washing machine, spiral sand washing machine, fine sand recycling machine, sand washing and recycling machine, etc.

5、Auxiliary equipment selection

Auxiliary equipment includes feeding, screening, silo, conveying, automation control and so on.

1）Feeding equipment

In general, feeding equipment is divided into plate feeder and fluctuating roller feeder, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, reciprocating feeder and vibrating screen feeder.

According to the mother rock conveying yield differences, usually vibrating screening feeder selection is widely used, its advantage lies in the feeding capacity is sufficient, high soil content and water content, but also can be used to set the integration of screening function, transfer feeding function, the impurities are rejected, to achieve the mechanism of the production of sand and gravel material work.

2) Vibrating screen

Vibrating screen is divided into circular vibrating screen, linear vibrating screen, elliptical vibrating screen, multi-unit combination vibrating screen, arc screen, high-frequency vibrating screen and so on.

Generally speaking, the circular vibrating screen is used for large and medium block material classification;

Linear vibrating screen is used for grading medium and fine-grained materials, and can also be used for dewatering;

Elliptical vibrating screen is used for grading large and medium grain materials;

Multi-unit combination vibrating screen is used for medium and small pieces, containing more powder, and viscous wet material particle size classification;

Arc screen is used for screening and dewatering of fine materials;

High-frequency vibrating screen for dry and wet grading of medium and fine granular materials.

Therefore, the choice of what kind of screening equipment, what kind of screen, so that it is high efficiency, low cost, are issues that must be considered.

4）Automatic control
