The bauxite is crushed by jaw crusher, and then the drying-cum-grinding ball mill with powder selector is used to form a closed-circuit system for material grinding. The raw material powder is sent to the screening device by the belt conveyor, the qualified ones are sent to the rotary kiln, and the oversized ones are returned to the raw material mill. The material is sent to the rotary kiln for calcination into ceramic sand, which can be directly transported to the multi-stage vibrating screen after cooling machine, and divided into several particle size grades according to the requirements. The production line system has a high degree of automation, process continuity, supporting the bag type dust collector, can reduce the production line dust pollution, purify the job operating environment. The hot air for drying materials comes from the exhaust gas of rotary kiln, so as to make use of waste heat and greatly save the capital investment.
