Process flow
The production line adopts an efficient modular design, and the material is loaded into the large-capacity silo of the mobile crushing station by an excavator or loader. The vibrating feeder at the bottom of the silo evenly feeds the material to the C6X European version jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The material after the jaw crusher is initially screened by a vibrating screen, and some finished products that meet the specifications are directly output, and the rest of the material enters the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. Subsequently, the material returns to the screening system, and finally produces finished aggregates of various specifications (the screen size can be flexibly adjusted to meet different needs).
