Case Construction Details:
At a hematite mine in Guangdong, this high-efficiency crushing production line is operating efficiently. After blasting, the hematite ore is transported by dump trucks to the vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder evenly feeds ore smaller than 1020mm into the PE1200x1500 deep cavity jaw crusher for the first stage of crushing. The crushed material size is approximately 150mm to 300mm.
The ore, after primary crushing, is fed into an HPT400 hydraulic cone crusher via a vibrating feeder for secondary crushing. The cone crusher efficiently further crushes the material, achieving smaller particle sizes.
The crushed material is then graded and screened using a YZS2160 circular vibrating screen. Material larger than 40mm is returned to the cone crusher for further crushing, while material smaller than 40mm is conveyed via belt conveyor to a 5X1145 sand making and shaping machine for shaping.
The shaped finished product is then graded and screened again using a circular vibrating screen and finally conveyed to the finished product area via belt conveyor.
