Kazakhstan has abundant iron ore resources, but most of them are low-grade lean ore with complex symbiotic components. Traditional single crushing and separation process has low mineral recovery rate, unable to fully tap the economic value of iron ore resources.
SMP undertook a large-scale iron ore beneficiation EPC turnkey project in Kazakhstan, adopting advanced staged crushing and magnetic separation process. The front-end crushing system uses gyratory crusher and C6X jaw crusher for full dissociation of raw ore, and hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing to improve monomer mineral separation degree.
The professional magnetic separation and dehydration system effectively removes gangue and impurities, greatly improving iron ore concentrate grade and recovery rate. The full intelligent control system realizes unattended production, reducing manual operation cost and improving production efficiency.

This Kazakhstan iron ore EPC project has significantly improved resource utilization efficiency, providing a mature and replicable high-efficiency beneficiation solution for similar iron ore projects in Central Asia and Russia.
