1、Particle size of raw coal

The first point is the size of the raw coal particle size, the size of the raw coal particle size can not exceed the size of the target requirements of the rod mill, if more than will lead to the output of the coal slurry particle size is too coarse, because the production capacity of the rod mill is limited, it can not exceed the size of the particle size of the target size of its requirements. And keep other conditions unchanged, the raw material coal is thicker, the production of coal slurry particle size will be coarser, the raw material coal is finer, the production of coal slurry particle size will be finer.

2、Hardness of raw coal

3、Production load

The production load of the mill, if in the production process, put too much coal, will make each piece of coal in the mill to stay in the time is too small, stay in the time is too small will certainly lead to coal grinding is not enough, so that the output particle size of the coal will be too coarse, the quality of coal slurry production will be reduced. 4、Diameter of steel rods

When the diameter of steel rods in the rod mill is too large, the gap between the steel rods stacked together will be larger, and the flow of materials will be faster, then the grinding time of coal will become shorter, this situation will also reduce the contact surface between the material and the grinding body, which will lead to the phenomenon of insufficient grinding, so the diameter of steel rods in the rod mill should not be too large.

5, the speed of the rod mill

When the rotational speed of the rod mill is too low, the impact of the steel rods will be less, then it will make the production capacity of the rod mill become lower, this situation is suitable for fine grinding. When the rotational speed of the rod mill is too high, the impact force on the steel rods will be greater, this situation is favorable for coarse grinding. Therefore, in order to achieve different production size requirements in production, first of all, we should adjust the rotational speed, so as to achieve a higher production quality.
