1) Transfer operation:

Evenly (1000t/h) take materials (particle diameter 10mm) from the nearby limestone transfer station, and convey them to the mud removal screen for mud removal by belt conveyor.

2) Mud removal operation:

The mud removal screen is separated into two varieties after mud removal by the 1# vibrating screen group, namely soil and stone powder and ore >10mm. The soil and stone powder is conveyed to the mud bin (2000t) by belt conveyor, and the limestone mud can be returned to the cement production line by belt conveyor; the ore >10mm is conveyed to the transfer bin (15000t) by belt conveyor.

3) Fine crushing and shaping:

The ore is transported to the 2# vibrating screen by the bottom belt conveyor, and the material is divided into two types of ores: 0-45mm and >45mm. The 0-45mm ore directly enters the shaping machine for shaping, and then is transported to the vibrating screen of the screening building through the belt surface; the material above >45mm directly enters the fine crushing cone for fine crushing, and the crushed material enters the second screen again through the belt conveyor and bucket elevator.

4) Finished product screening, sand making, and grading adjustment:

After the shaped ore is transported to the bucket elevator of the screening building, it is transported to the 3# vibrating screen by the bucket elevator and divided into 5 products, namely 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-21.5mm, 21.5-31.5mm, and >31.5mm.

0-5mm products are transported by belt conveyor to the grading control and grading adjustment operations; 5-10mm products can be directly transported by belt conveyor to the finished product warehouse (30,000t), and can also directly enter the sand making machine for sand making operations, and then transported by belt conveyor to the 2# screen; 10-21.5mm products are directly transported by belt conveyor to the finished product warehouse (10,000t); 21.5-31.5mm products are directly transported by belt conveyor to the finished product warehouse (40,000t); products >31.5mm are transported by belt conveyor to the 2# screen.

5) Automatic loading operation:

The finished aggregates in the finished product warehouse can be transported by the bottom belt conveyor to the loading station for automatic loading operations.

6) Dust collection operation:

The dust collected by the dust collector is wet mixed by the wet mixer, and then transported to the mud removal belt conveyor by the screw conveyor and sent to the mud warehouse.

The dust generated by the fine crushing cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, 2# and 3# screening groups, and finished product warehouse enters the dust collector, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan after purification by the dust collector. The dust concentration of the discharged gas is less than 10mg/m³, which meets the national emission standards.
