Since 2001, Qidashan concentrator has been reformed twice. The first transformation design of the whole plant annual raw ore processing capacity of 7.2 million tons, of which the use of two HP800 cone crusher new fine crushing operation annual capacity of 4.2 million tons, the transformation in 2002. In 2003, the second expansion and reconstruction project was started. The annual raw ore processing capacity of the whole plant was designed to be 9 million, and the new fine crushing operation increased by 2 HP800 cone crushers after the annual processing capacity of 5.7 million tons. The second transformation was put into operation in 2004.
The reformed crushing process is three sections and one closed circuit. The coarse crushing operation adopts a 1350 / 180 rotary crusher, and the medium crushing operation adopts two H8800 cone crushers. The crushing operation is divided into new fine crushing and old fine crushing. The crusher used in the new fine crushing operation is four HP800 cone crushers. The coarse crushing product is directly fed to the medium crushing operation, and the medium crushing and ore discharge is fed to the medium crushing and screening operation. The old finely crushed under-screened product is also fed to the first selection workshop, and the under-screened product of the new finely crushed HP800 cone crusher is fed to the second selection workshop.
