The general equipment combination of basalt crushing production line (four-stage: coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing, shaping) is as follows:
(1) Feeding: vibrating feeder.
(2) Coarse crushing: jaw crusher, feeding particle size is 1500-500mm, crushed to 400-125mm.
(3) Medium crushing: cone crusher or fine crushing jaw crusher, feeding particle size is 400-125mm, crushed to 100-50mm.
(4) Fine crushing: impact crusher (or impact crusher), feeding particle size is 100-50mm, crushed to 32-5mm.
(5) Screening + dust removal: vibrating screen + dry dust collector.
(6) Shaping: impact crusher or sand making machine (after the finely crushed stone is screened, the qualified ones are sent to the storage bin via belt conveyor, and the ones that do not meet the requirements in particle size and shape are returned and returned to the impact crusher or shaping crusher via belt conveyor for further processing and shaping).
(7) Screening + dust removal: vibrating screen + dry dust collector.
(8) Feeding: belt conveyor.
(9) Control system In order to reduce dust and dirt, the coarsely crushed stone is fed to the medium crusher by a vibrating feeder, and the subsequent transportation between stones is completed by belt conveyor.
Whether to use dust removal equipment depends on the cleanliness of the crushed stone (whether the mud content is qualified) and whether there is a water washing process. If there is a water washing process, there is no need to use dust removal equipment.
