1. If the flywheel of the cone crusher has been removed from the eccentric shaft, the contact surface between the flywheel and the shaft should be coated with an anti-corrosion agent.

2. During the storage period or seasonal shutdown of the cone crusher, run the cone crusher at least once a month to ensure that the bearings remain properly lubricated. If the cone crusher cannot be operated during storage, it is necessary to manually rotate the cone crusher flywheel 3 to 4 times to ensure that the bearings are properly lubricated. If necessary, add grease to the bearings.

3. If the movable jaw has been removed from the frame, sufficient grease should be applied to the seal to prevent debris from entering the bearing seat. The contact surface of the bearing seat on the frame and the frame, the contact surface of the toggle plate and the contact surface of the toggle plate seat, and the tie rod hole (if applicable) should also be coated with an anti-corrosion agent.

4. When the cone crusher is taken out of storage, the paint condition needs to be checked and repaired as necessary. Before assembling the cone crusher, the preservative should be removed from all contact surfaces.

5. The cone crusher and its removed parts should be stored on a stable support to prevent contact with the ground.
