Equipment selection and improvement: Try to choose low-noise equipment in equipment selection, such as low-noise sand making machines and crushers. For existing equipment, vibration noise can be reduced by structural improvement, locking treatment, and adding damping materials. For example, add a soft soundproof cover to the outside of the vibrator of the vibration screening equipment, add damping treatment between the inner and outer sleeves of the bearings at the pulleys on both sides, and add damping material to the hollow rolling body caused by the rolling of the bearings, thereby reducing the vibration of the bearings.

Transmission path control: Arrange the noise source equipment in a closed factory building, and green the outside of the workshop to block the spread of noise. Reasonable design in the overall structure, such as moving the main noise source consumption workshop or device away from the quiet area, or concentrating the high-noise equipment as much as possible for easy control. Apply additional barriers to block the spread of noise, or use natural terrain such as hills, high slopes, forests, grasslands, or large buildings that are not afraid of noise, etc. to reduce the spread of noise.
