1. These materials will gradually accumulate and stagnate in the crushing chamber, eventually causing the equipment to get blocked, seriously affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

2. When the motor of the cone crusher suddenly fails, the equipment will stop working instantly. At this time, the running material cannot move forward and quickly gets blocked inside the equipment. In this case, the machine must be shut down immediately, the material must be discharged as soon as possible, and then the equipment must be fully repaired to restore its normal operation.

3. During the operation of the cone crusher, if the moving cone and the fixed cone are severely worn or even damaged, excessive material accumulation will occur at the discharge port, causing the equipment to get blocked.
