1, the customer purchased two HGM100P series of ultrafine powder production line, under the condition of reasonable adjustment of analyser impeller, it can achieve any adjustment of 200-1500 mesh, and the output of 200-325 mesh fineness reaches 9-10 tons per hour.

The loader will convey the crushed ore with particle size below 500mm to the primary vibrating feeder, and the feeding speed is intelligently adjusted by the frequency conversion motor to ensure that the large ore is transported to the secondary vibrating feeder in a smooth and even manner.

Then the ore will be conveyed into the primary jaw crusher to crush to less than 150mm, and at the same time fall evenly on the bottom belt conveyor. The on-site staff is responsible for checking and screening out the low-grade ore on the belt to effectively improve the whiteness and grade of the ore. After selection it again enters the secondary hammer crusher for further fine crushing.

The ore finally enters the bottom vertical elevator, which lifts the material to the top of the silo and then conveys it through the elevator to the feed buffer bin of the milling production line. There is an electronic safety limit device installed in the silo, the limit device will carry out intelligent full-time safety production monitoring, when the limit alarm, it is necessary to timely replenish or stop the supply of raw materials.
