Andesite is an ejected or intrusive igneous rock that is higher and lower in silica than basalt than rhyolite and fayalite. Andesite lava is moderately viscous, forming thick lava flows and domes. Plagioclase, pyroxene and/or hornblende (+ magnetite, zircon, apatite, ilmenite, smectite, garnet). Mainly in the Andes (South America), North America (USA: Arizona, Cascades), Italy (Windjammer Island, Tuscany, Umbria), Kamchatka, Japan.

In the year before last, a customer from Indonesia got in touch with our headquarters in China. He planned to build an andesite crushing plant and the requirements were generally as follows: the maximum feed size should be around 400mm; the output sizes were three kinds: 0-10,10-20,20-30mm; the capacity of the plant should be up to 50-70TPH (tons per hour); after a detailed conversation and understanding with the customer, we gave a recommendation for a jaw crusher and a cs cone crusher, and a complete proposal for a mobile plant. We also gave a complete proposal for the mobile plant program. Repeatedly several assumptions and exchanges, the customer trusts us very much, says we are a worthy partner, and finally signed an order with us.
