Liming This project is located in Baotou, an industrial town in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The mine area adopts modern planning concepts and is equipped with a complete environmental protection system. Technical advantages:


The project uses Liming Group's new generation C6X series jaw crusher as the coarse crushing equipment. Its heavy-duty structural design and optimized cavity can stably handle large pieces of raw ore. The HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is used in the medium crushing process, and the hydraulic system is used to achieve precise discharge port adjustment. The fine crushing section is equipped with HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and the multi-piston hydraulic system ensures uniform product particle size. The matching S5X series vibrating screen adopts a box-type vibrator, which significantly improves the screening efficiency.


Process flow


Coarse crushing stage: the raw ore is evenly fed into the C6X jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder


Medium crushing stage: the coarse crushed product is secondary crushed by the HST cone crusher


Fine crushing stage: the HPT multi-cylinder cone crusher completes the final crushing operation

Sorting system: the crushed product enters the magnetic separation stage after grinding and classification


Concentrate treatment: the final product is obtained through a dewatering screen and a filter
