Manganese ore crushing and processing process
Coarse crushing stage
Large pieces of manganese ore (usually 500-1000mm in size) are fed into a jaw crusher or a mobile jaw crusher station by a vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing to 100-300mm.
Core equipment: C6X series jaw crusher (high compressive strength, suitable for high hardness ores).
Medium crushing stage
The coarsely crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen and transported by a belt conveyor to a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (such as the HST series) for medium crushing, reducing the ore size to 30-80mm.
Advantages: Hydraulically adjust the discharge port, high crushing efficiency, and convenient maintenance.
Fine crushing stage
After medium crushing, the ore enters the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (such as HPT series) for further fine crushing, and the finished product particle size can be controlled at 10-30mm, meeting the requirements of subsequent grinding or beneficiation.
Features: laminated crushing principle, high production capacity and low energy consumption.
Grinding and beneficiation (optional)
The finely crushed manganese ore can be sent to the Raymond mill (MTW series European version mill) or vertical mill (LM series) for grinding to 80-325 mesh, which is used in chemical industry, battery and other fields.
