The working principle of large impact crushers is to use the high-speed rotating impact plate to hit the material, and the material collides with the impact plate and the lining plate in the crushing cavity to achieve crushing. In practical applications, large impact crushers are widely used in limestone crushing projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. For example, in a 400TPH limestone crushing project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a large impact crusher is used for secondary crushing and shaping, with a daily processing capacity of 9,600 tons. The finished aggregate is used for local high-rise building construction and cement production, with a product qualification rate of 99%.
