Nanfen Ore Concentrator, as the core raw material supply base of Bengang Group, has a history of more than 100 years and focuses on magnetite production. Faced with production bottlenecks and equipment aging issues, especially the insufficient performance of the φ1650 spring cone crusher originally used in the fine crushing workshop, it has restricted the annual processing target of 13 million tons of iron ore. In order to improve efficiency, the plant introduced Liming Heavy Industry's HPT300 and HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and upgraded the fine crushing workshop to enhance processing capacity, optimize the production process, and ensure efficient and stable raw material supply.

After multiple system comparison tests, Liming Heavy Industry's HPT crusher demonstrated excellent performance: the processing capacity jumped to 1.9 times that of the old machine, the product particle size was significantly optimized, and the transformation results were amazing. While the production line continues to operate under high load, the HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher maintains low faults and requires little maintenance, stably achieving the target of fine crushing capacity, demonstrating its high efficiency and reliability, and injecting strong impetus into the production efficiency of the Nanfen mineral processing plant.
