K3 series mobile production line is a tire-type mobile production line designed for small and medium-sized production lines ( 100-300T ). It is suitable for crushing, screening, shaping and sand making operations of various soft rock, hard rock and construction waste. The equipment has a total of 14 product line models, and 5 frames are equipped with 19 standard mobile equipment modules. The characteristics of the mobile production line are : mature host equipment, fast assembly line to meet the needs of the operation, modular and simple installation, flexible overall movement, standardization and generalization.

The application scope is mainly stone factories, mines, metallurgy, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, chemical and other industries. It can process river pebble, granite, basalt, limestone, quartzite, diabase, iron ore, gold mine, copper mine, construction waste and so on.

The main equipment of the K3 series mobile production line is : GF series feeder, C6X series jaw crusher, CI5X series impact crusher, HPT / HST series cone crusher, S5X series vibrating screen, VSI6X series sand making machine. The speed and power are full and strong, and the project operation production capacity is strong, more stable and reliable.

The mobile production line is usually connected to the power supply as the power source. The raw materials are evenly sent to the C6X series jaw crusher or the CI5X series impact crusher for coarse crushing operation by the GF series vibrating feeder. The coarsely crushed materials are sent to the cone crusher or the impact crusher for further crushing by the belt conveyor. The finely crushed materials are transported to the S5X series vibrating screen for screening, and the materials that meet the requirements of the finished product are output by the finished conveyor belt. The material that does not meet the particle size requirements of the finished product is returned from the vibrating screen to the sand making machine or the cone is reprocessed to form a closed circuit multiple cycles. The finished product granularity can be combined and graded according to the needs of users.
