The first stage:

Crushing: The crushed stone is finely processed by VU impact crusher to effectively crush and remove the bad shape of needle and flake. At the same time, the sharp edges and corners of sand particles are polished to ensure the regular shape of particles, finally obtaining uniform particle size in line with specific requirements, and improving the quality and applicability of materials.

The second stage:

Screening and classification: the crushed stones are sent to the VU mold control screen through the feeder to realize the accurate classification of the machine-made sand and ensure excellent grading. Unqualified materials are recycled back to impact and then processed, and excess stone powder is collected through a high-efficiency dust removal and powder collection system, and the whole process is intelligently controlled to improve product quality and production efficiency.

The third stage:

Grain type optimization: after fine grading by mold-controlled sieve, the machine-made sand is further sent to the grain optimization machine for in-depth optimization treatment, which efficiently removes fine burrs and residual edges and corners on the surface of the sand grains, significantly improves the roundness and quality of the finished sand, and meets the construction requirements of higher standards.

The fourth stage:

Wet mixing and transportation: The machine-made sand that has been re-optimized by grain type enters the humidifying mixer and is then wet mixed to control the moisture content of the finished sand and further ensure the quality of the finished sand.

The fifth stage:

Conveying, storage and packaging system: the excess stone powder generated in the production process is collected by pulse dust collector, sent to the finished product tank by pneumatic conveying system, and then transported by packaging system.
