First, the selection of sliding bearings

Inside the jaw crusher, the movable jaw suspension shaft, eccentric shaft and connecting rod shaft are all supported by sliding bearings. In order to reduce the friction resistance and wear between the shaft and the bearing, the sliding bearing lining is usually made of wear-resistant alloy bearing lining. The correct selection and use of alloy materials is quite critical. There are many cases where equipment is damaged and the bearing service life is shortened due to improper material selection. In addition, when selecting, pay attention to whether the model of the sliding bearing matches the model of the jaw crusher;

Secondly, the assembly of the sliding bearing

Step 1. Remove the outer seat of the lining Remove all the rotten tile linings from the top and bottom, and clean the outer seat with diesel or gasoline until there is no oil stain;

Step 2: After heating on the fire, use the melted ordinary tin water to apply a thin layer on the inner surface of the poured tile lining;

Step 3: Combine the two halves of the tile seat into one, and install the wooden core box, pour the molten alloy into the gap between the tile seat and the core box, take out the core box after solidification, add the poured tile according to the requirements of the drawing, remove the oil groove or oil groove after processing, and then saw it open with a hacksaw;

Step 4: After taking it to the site and applying red lead, cooperate with the shaft to rotate the shaft, then remove the tile and use a scraper to scrape off the part of the red lead that has been worn away, until the part of the red lead that has been worn away is greater than 70%. When the tile is running-in with the shaft, the bearing seat should be covered to increase the weight and compression;
