Nanfen Iron Ore Processing Plant, a core raw material supply base for Benxi Steel Group, boasts over a century of history and focuses on magnetite production. Facing capacity bottlenecks and aging equipment, particularly the insufficient efficiency of the original φ1650 spring cone crusher in the fine crushing workshop, which hampered its annual processing capacity of 13 million tons of iron ore, the plant introduced Shibang's HPT300 and HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers to upgrade the fine crushing workshop. This enhanced processing capacity, optimized production processes, and ensured a highly efficient and stable supply of raw materials.
Through multi-system comparative testing, the Shibang HPT crusher demonstrated superior performance: processing capacity increased to 1.9 times that of the old machine, product particle size was significantly optimized, and the upgrade results were remarkable. During continuous high-load operation, the HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher maintained low failure rates and minimal maintenance, consistently achieving the fine crushing capacity target, showcasing its high efficiency and reliability, and injecting strong momentum into the production efficiency of Nanfen Iron Ore Processing Plant.
