Production situation

The material is crushed by the jaw crusher and then sent to the storage bin by bucket elevator, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder can send the material evenly and continuously to the Raymond mill for grinding. The powder after grinding is blown to the powder separator for sorting under the action of blower. The sorted materials are sent to the storage bin by the pipeline, and finally output through the discharge valve is the finished product.

The air pressure is negative during the whole set of production line, which is conducive to the collection of dust. The air blown out by the blower is accompanied by the powder material through the pipeline into the cyclone collector at the upper part of the storage bin, and then returned to the blower by the return air pipe, forming air recycling.

Secondly, the lower end of the powder collector is equipped with a powder locker, which serves to isolate the outside positive pressure gas from the negative pressure gas of the powder collector, which greatly improves the output. Then the residual air and dust at the bottom of the host is sent to the bag filter through the pipeline for filtration, dust and other debris are adsorbed by the bag filter, and the purified air is discharged to the outside world, which effectively reduces the dust pollution.
