Three-dimensional intensive: the "tower paradigm" of spatial revolution

The traditional flat-lay production layout is often criticized for redundant land use and roundabout logistics. This project breaks the deadlock with intensive design. Through the innovative tower-style three-dimensional structure, the crushing, grinding, sorting and other processes are vertically integrated, saving 3 times the land compared with the traditional model. Inside the tower, materials are intelligently circulated through the vertical transportation system, which greatly compresses the transportation distance and reduces energy consumption by more than 20%. On the large screen of the central control room, the visual model displays the data sent back by the sensor in real time. The intelligent central control platform dynamically optimizes equipment parameters through machine learning to reduce unit energy consumption; the automatic interlocking system can complete fault diagnosis and working condition adjustment in a short time to ensure continuous production. This closed-loop management of "perception-decision-execution" reduces the manpower allocation for a daily output of 10,000 tons.
