The daily output is 10,000 tons. If the daily working hours are 10 hours, the hourly output is 1,000 tons. The following two crusher models are recommended to meet the production capacity requirements:

1. Jaw crusher: C6X160, C6X200

The jaw crusher is a coarse crushing equipment equipped with an efficient crushing chamber, a combined frame and an integrated motor to ensure stable operation. Its foot-free elastic support, hydraulic adjustment and fully automatic centralized lubrication system improve the stability and maintenance convenience of the equipment. The C6X160 and C6X200 models are especially recommended. The former has an hourly output of 410-1150 tons, and the latter is as high as 610-1510 tons. Both can meet the needs of large-scale crushing and are the preferred equipment in the industry.

2. Cone crusher: HPT800, HST315

As an efficient medium and fine crushing equipment, the cone crusher uses laminated crushing technology to ensure the excellent particle shape of the finished product. The key vulnerable parts are made of highly wear-resistant materials to reduce maintenance costs and extend service life. The equipment is highly intelligent and easy to operate. We recommend the HST315 (S1 chamber type) single-cylinder series with an hourly output of 335-1050 tons, and the HPT800 (C1, C2 chamber type) multi-cylinder series with an hourly output of 520-1200 tons to meet different production needs.
