The material added to the jaw crusher repeatedly squeezes the cutting tooth plate, forming fine cracks on the surface of the tooth plate or at the root of the protruding part of the tooth plate. These fine cracks continue to expand, causing the material on the surface of the tooth plate to fall off and form debris;

Reason 3. The material is repeatedly squeezed and cut. Pressure causes the surface material of the tooth plate to be partially crushed or turned up, and the crushed or turned up part falls off with the squeezed and impacted materials to form debris;
