In large-scale sand and gravel production lines, a common problem with vibrating screens is the polarization issue where two diagonal sections vibrate normally while the other two diagonal sections show almost no amplitude (diagonal non-vibration). Possible causes include:
(1) The four spring support points are not on the same horizontal line;
(2) There is a problem with the vibrating screen's exciter;
(3) The angle of the counterweight on the vibrating screen motor has changed;

(4) There is a problem with the spring support; the spring forces are uneven and vary significantly, requiring adjustment. Check if the spring height is consistent when stationary;
(5) There may be a problem with the four spring support points; the spring free lengths may be the same, but the compression moduli may be inconsistent. Check if the fixing points are stable and balanced;
(6) The center of the vibrating screen motor is significantly different from the center of the coupling at the vibrator end when the machine is stopped;
(7) Check the screen body stiffness for looseness, including whether the screen plates are properly fixed;

(8) The angle of the eccentric blocks of the vibrating motor is inconsistent. Check if any individual vibrating motors have detached shafts or are faulty. (9) If the compression of the spring is the same, it is mostly because the overall stiffness of the vibrating screen is insufficient. You can reduce the frequency and observe whether the situation will improve. This kind of fault is more difficult to deal with.
