Aggregate Production Line Construction Plan

The selection of equipment for an aggregate production line follows the principle of planning based on demand, with the configuration of the plan refined and adjusted according to user requirements. A standard process configuration includes: jaw crushers, impact crushers or cone crushers, sand makers, sand washers, vibrating screens, vibrating feeders, conveyor belts, and other equipment.

The selection of these equipment types is highly flexible. For example, if the raw material size is not particularly large, the crushing stage can be omitted; conversely, if strict output grading is required, the screening configuration can be enhanced by adding multiple vibrating screens, etc.

A sand and gravel production line includes, but is not limited to, the above configurations. Factors such as the surrounding environment, the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials, and output requirements all influence equipment selection. Furthermore, there are numerous models available for each processing stage, so the detailed configuration of each production line will inevitably vary to some extent.
