1. Coarse crushing equipment
Jaw crusher is often used in the rough crushing process, which can efficiently crush large stones of medium and low hardness to 10-30cm particle size. For specific low to medium hardness raw materials, impact crusher is also optional, with its high crushing efficiency and uniformity of finished product size to meet the demand for coarse crushing.
2.Medium and fine crushing equipment
According to the different hardness of raw materials, there are different choices of medium and fine crushing equipment.
For limestone, weathered rock and other low-hardness stone, it is recommended to use impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. Compared with hammer crusher, impact crusher not only has higher capacity and longer life of its wear-resistant parts, but also has excellent shape of crushed stone, no inherent cracks and high compressive strength, which is especially suitable for producing aggregates required for high-grade concrete.
If the raw material is granite, basalt, tuff, river pebbles and other high hardness stone, fine crushing equipment is recommended to use cone crusher, hydraulic cone crusher adopts the principle of laminated crushing, can be utilized to crush the stone between the crushing operation, the machine loss is small, and compared with the traditional cone crusher, the hydraulic cone crusher finished stone grain shape is better, less needled stone.
3.Shaping sand making equipment
Shaping sand is preferred to impact crusher, which utilizes the mechanism of “stone hitting stone” or “stone hitting iron”, integrating stone shaping and sand making in one. This equipment can significantly improve the perfection of stone grain shape, and at the same time, it can efficiently produce 0-5mm high-quality mechanism sand to meet the demand for diversified building materials.
