1. Excessive swing of the machine body may be caused by two main reasons. First, the impeller of the sand making machine may be equipped with wearing parts. These parts are severely worn after long-term use. If they are not replaced in time, the machine body will swing abnormally. Regular inspection and renewal of these wearing parts are very important. Secondly, if the feed particle size is too large or there are obstructions in the impeller flow channel, the problem of excessive swing of the machine body will also be caused. In this case, the feed particle size should be appropriately reduced, and the obstructions in the impeller flow channel should be cleaned to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Taking these measures in time can effectively avoid the adverse effects caused by excessive swing of the machine body.

2. The product particle size is too large. The cause may be that the V-belt is too loose. At this time, we need to tighten the V-belt.

3. Excessive idling resistance. It may be because the sealing cover on the bearing is stuffed with material. At this time, we need to open the upper sealing cover to clear it.

Fourth, the bearing is hot. It may be due to lack of oil or dust, so you need to add oil or clean the bearing. If the bearing is damaged, you need to replace it.
