1. The general inspection time of the cone crusher is after the equipment finishes working, and it will be checked after cooling for five or six hours.

2. The inspector first checks the flatness of the surface of the cone crusher by hand to see if there are any bumps. If so, inform the technician to make modifications.

3. If unqualified parts or deviated parts are found, they should be replaced in time.

4. For the empty machine operation of the cone crusher, before starting the machine, check whether the cone crusher is installed well. Everything is normal before starting the machine. During the empty operation, it is necessary to check the sealing, blocking, friction, and collision of the cone crusher.

5. During the trial run, check whether the cylinder body shakes obviously and whether there is too much noise. Ensure that the cylinder body shakes no more than 0.5mm and the noise is controlled within 85db.

6. After the cone crusher is put into formal operation, the staff needs to insert a special thermometer for rolling bearings into the oil control of the bearing seat and measure it every hour until the temperature stabilizes.
