After long-term use, the angle between the two jaw plates is too large, and the friction between the material and the jaw plates is insufficient, which cannot overcome the upward component of the crushing force, causing the material to be squeezed out and slide to the feed port.

2. Unbalanced force on the material

The vertical force on the material to be crushed in the crushing chamber is easily unbalanced, and under the action of the upward component, it is easy to return the material.

3. The width of the discharge port is too large

For the same specification of jaw crusher, when the width of the discharge port increases, the return material phenomenon is more likely to occur.
